My Background
I am a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Irene’s Institute of Myomassology, Michigan in 2021. Being one of the most highly respected schools for massage therapy in the US, I am highly trained in Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and range of motion techniques.

I am deeply passionate in the use of orthopedic massage. This type of bodywork focuses on the muscles and tissue that surrounds the joints and aids in injury rehabilitation.
I also believe that lymphatic drainage is a very underused modality, that can be used for many different benefits.

My Approach
I firmly believe that massage is not a luxury but a necessity, and receiving therapeutic massage regularly can help reduce stress that can build up in our minds and bodies that then manifests itself as muscular pain.
I have an extremely approachable manner, and enjoy working closely with my clients to best understand their needs. Listening and understanding their issues and analyzing any external factors that may be causing body kinetics issues allows me to create individualized treatment plans to best serve your needs.
