Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to some of the commonly asked questions.

  • Cancellation, Late arrival and no shows:

    • Cancelations or reschedules must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.  Cancellations after 24 hours will be treated as a no show.​

    • If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled massage, or do not show up then there will be no refunds.

    • If you arrive late for your massage, your massage will still end at the scheduled time.  These rules are in place to protect and respect all other clients and my time and energy.

    • For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time for intake, assessment and undressing.

    • Existing clients, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow for assessment and undressing.

  • Will I have to fill out any forms of paperwork?

    • All new clients will be asked to fill out a new client intake form for assessment of current issues, any health history that I need  to be aware of, and what is expected from the session.​
